note, in the summer, there are only weekly rentals - Late Autumn only. We live in our home from December until early
summer
Rental
Deposit
We
require a 50% deposit within 7 days from the date of your reservation.
The remaining
amount is due 120 days prior to your reservation date. You will be
reimbursed
for your deposit if you cancel 120 days prior to your scheduled arrival
time. If you need to cancel for any reason after this time, we will try to
rent our
home for you. In the event we are unable to rent our home, your payment
cannot
obviously be reimbursed. Your rental payment is a statement of your
acceptance
of our rental policy.
