Peek Season
$2800 per week Memorial Day – Labor Day(Friday to Friday rentals)
Additional nights to your stay is $425.00 per night.
Off Peek Season
$2000/week October 1st - December 1st
(Friday to Friday rentals)
$350.00 per night, two night minimum
Please note, in the summer, there are only weekly rentals after Labor Day. We live in our home from December until early summer
Rental Deposit
We require a 50% deposit within 7 days from the date of your reservation. The remaining amount is due 120 days prior to your reservation date. You will be reimbursed for your deposit if you cancel 120 days prior to your scheduled arrival time. If you need to cancel for any reason after this time, we will try to rent our home for you. In the event we are unable to rent our home, your payment cannot obviously be reimbursed. Your rental payment is a statement of your acceptance of our rental policy.
