 Dogs are allowed - our policy

Please sweep after your stay so that my housekeeper does not have to clean up dog hair. Always pick up after your dog on the beach and grounds.  Please do not let your dog on the furniture/beds. Further, never leave your dog out on the deck while you are gone from the house. We have experienced problems with tenants who brought their dog, which is why we are addressing these issues.

Your dog must be on a leach at all times when outside of the home.  Under no circumstance, can you bring a cat. There are simply too many people who have severe allergies to cats and it could actually be life threatening to the next tenant.  These rules must be strictly adhered to or we will request that you leave.
