$450 PER NIGHT, TWO NIGHT MINIMUM. 
Please note, in the summer, there are only weekly
rentals, no weekend rentals allowed.

Dogs are allowed but please no cats. Dogs must be on a leash at all times and please pick up after them.
There is absolutely no smoking 
allowed in the house. Many of my clients are
extremely allergic to both smoke and cat dander so please abide by the rule.
RENTAL DEPOSIT
We need to receive a 50% deposit within 7 days from the date of your
reservation. The remaining amount is due 120 days prior to reservation date.
You will be reimbursed for your deposit if you cancel 120 days prior to your
scheduled arrival time. If you need to cancel for any reason after this
time, we will try to rent our home for you. In the event we are unable to
rent our home, your payment cannot obviously be reimbursed. Your rental
payment is a statement of your acceptance of our rental policy.
